more bookings every week than before we started
Ceres Trattoria opened in Aarhus with a beautiful room and genuinely good food, but no clear brand direction and almost no online presence.
No structured social media, no defined visual identity, no booking system. The room and the product were there; the positioning and the visibility weren't. The brief was simple: make Ceres feel like an authentic Italian destination, get it seen across Aarhus, and build a brand foundation that could carry steady growth.
We built the brand from the ground up: a refined logo and visual identity, window branding, and a website with an integrated booking system.
Then we kept the feed full: photography and short-form video every month, with seasonal pushes like Valentine's and catering. One small paid push early to kick-start reach, then consistent organic posting did the heavy lifting. In one December production day we shot three months of content, 12 videos and a full photo set, so the feed stayed full for months off a single shoot, instead of a new shoot and a new invoice every few weeks.
Content was half the job. The rest is the infrastructure around it.

Set up Ceres on TableAgent and onboarded the team to run it day to day, tables, covers and waitlist in one view. It now carries 4.8★ from 103 guest reviews on the booking flow itself.
A refined Ceres Trattoria wordmark in two weights on a warm brown / cream / black palette, reworked their old logo and applied this from the printed window glass to the website and to every reel.
Built and ran the early paid push across Instagram and Facebook feeds, stories and reels to kick-start reach and promote catering, then let consistent organic content carry the bookings.
Set up and verified the Google profile, photos, hours and one tap to book or get directions. It now carries 4.8★ from 162 reviews, so new guests find Ceres the moment they search for dinner in Aarhus.
A one-tap hub, book a table, website, socials and directions in one place, printed as a QR on the entrance doors and dropped into the Instagram bio.
With content running, Ceres pulled around 45% more bookings every week, and the whole thing runs on one filming day every few months, so it never eats your time or your budget.
If you run a place that’s better than its online presence makes it look, this is the engine I’d build for you too.
